The measurement form used most often has four matching plates with four bolts in each plate to connect the hopper/blender to the scale.

Some blenders, mostly Kraus do not have matching plates. For those scales we replace the mild steel legs with Stainless Steel legs coming up from the scale that connect to the hopper/blender via cups on the sides of the hopper/blender.

Flash forms are the easiest to set up for entering measurement data on line but some browsers are blocking access to flash forms. We have added options for web forms but since data entry is not allowed within an image it is not as obvious where the measurements are entered as it is on flash forms. Another option is PDF format if you prefer to print and enter measurements on paper.
